Join us in creating better futures for all.

Where Traditions Come Alive

Children’s laughter, hands-on traditions, and outdoor experiences like pony and horse rides create meaningful memories for all ages. Our festival is designed as a safe, welcoming space where families can connect with Ukrainian heritage not just by watching, but by truly experiencing it.

Building stronger communities

Together, we create safe spaces and provide resources that empower people in need — while celebrating culture, family, and community.

Water gun battles

Our festival featured many family-friendly activities for children, including water games inspired by Ukrainian traditions, team water gun battles, and interactive outdoor fun.

Traditional Cossack games

Traditional Cossack games brought energy, laughter, and a spirit of teamwork to the festival, engaging both children and adults in hands-on Ukrainian traditions.

Niagarka Organization organizes a wide range of community events throughout the year, including the Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival, the Ukrainian Independence Day Picnic, family gatherings, and hands-on workshops for children and adults.

Our events celebrate Ukrainian culture while creating safe, welcoming spaces that support cultural learning, creativity, and strong community connections. We also actively support and collaborate with other events, initiatives, and community actions across the Niagara region, believing that meaningful impact is built together.

Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival

We proudly host the Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival, bringing families and communities together through music, dance, food, culture, and shared celebration.

At Niagarka Art Classes, children develop their creativity in a warm and inspiring environment. In each lesson, they explore different materials, learn new techniques, and create their own bright and colorful artworks.

Ukrainian Independence Day Picnic

Niagarka Organization proudly hosts the Ukrainian Independence Day Picnic, a community celebration that brings together families, newcomers, and local partners in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The picnic features a wide range of family-friendly activities, including inflatable castles, volleyball and soccer, face painting, barbecue, and karaoke. Local Ukrainian singers and performers share their talents, creating a joyful atmosphere that celebrates culture, resilience, and community pride.

Community leaders and government representatives regularly join us at this event, strengthening civic engagement and building meaningful connections between newcomers, families, and local institutions.

Ukrainian Pysanka Workshop

Niagarka Organization hosts a Ukrainian Pysanka (Easter Egg Painting) Workshop, where children and adults learn the traditional art of Ukrainian egg decorating.

Through hands-on cultural education, participants explore Ukrainian heritage, symbolism, and creativity while building confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. This workshop supports intergenerational learning and preserves cultural traditions for future generations.

Ukrainian Flag Raising in Niagara Falls

Niagarka Organization proudly supported and participated in the Ukrainian Flag Raising Ceremony in Niagara Falls, bringing the community together in solidarity and support for Ukraine.

The event was attended by Federal Member of Parliament Tony Baldinelli and City Councillor Mona Patel, demonstrating strong leadership and meaningful partnership with the Ukrainian community.

This moment reflects our commitment to advocacy, civic engagement, and building strong connections between newcomers, local government, and the broader Niagara region.

Stories. Laughter. Tradition. Community.

Ukrainian Theatre Niagarka

Ukrainian Theatre Niagarka is a community-based theatre that brings Ukrainian stories, humor, and traditions to life. Through performances for children and adults, we celebrate culture, language, and shared experiences, creating a welcoming space for families and the wider Niagara community.
